What we collect and why
This website has no user accounts and no database of visitors. The enquiry form does not store anything on our servers: when you submit it, your browser opens your own e-mail client or WhatsApp with the text prepared, and you decide whether to send it.
If you do send an enquiry, we receive the details you chose to include — typically company name, contact person, e-mail address, vessel or IMO number, vessel type and the scope of work. We use them only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and carry out the repair work.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies store only your cookie choice. Analytics are loaded exclusively after you accept analytics cookies, and are used to see which pages and languages visitors use. See the cookie policy for details.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your data. Enquiry correspondence is kept in our e-mail and project records for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting contract, and to meet legal and commercial record-keeping obligations.

Write to info@sbmrepair.tr to ask what correspondence we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
